Heather’s short films have been screened at various venues throughout New York, including the Brooklyn Underground Film Festival, the MIX Experimental Film and Video Festival, and Creepy Christmas Online Film Festival.

Craftsygirl approach to teaching is to respect and encourage the child to develop his or her own creative voice. “Animation is so special,” Heather says, “because it allows the kids to create their own entire worlds down to the smallest details. The meticulousness of it is precisely what makes it so calming.”

Heather works with a small network of teaching assistants and collaborators only for specialized workshops and projects, and parties.
